Before I coached founders, I was one. I co-founded Arrive Recommerce and spent eight years building it, raising capital across multiple rounds, growing through enterprise partnerships, and leading a team through the stages of a venture-backed company.
I learned what most founders learn too late: fundraising isn’t networking, and leadership isn’t something you figure out after the round closes. Both are disciplines. Both reward preparation, honesty, and a process you can repeat.
Today I coach founders and CEOs through both. I’m direct, tactical, and in the work with you, whether that’s a hard board conversation, a hiring decision, or the final week of a raise.
